Summary of Responsibilities:

Develop, generate, and maintain accounts with key clients in the expatriate community including international schools, embassies, chambers and other community groups in Beijing. Develop clear goals in line with overall hospital strategy. Work with team to generate and manage new and existing accounts with the aim of growing patient base and health support programs in the community. Organize and attend events which may require weekend commitment. Leverage technology with a goal to improve team efficiencies and processes.

Supervision Received:
Director of Marketing

 Bachelor’s (University) Degree
 Four+ years of Customer Sales / Marketing experience
 Ability to work as part of a team and lead on certain projects
 Strong communication skills in English (both oral and written)
 Mandarin speaker a plus (basic Mandarin a must)
 Independent and results driven profile

 Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities
 Ability to deal with people at all levels within an organization
 Ability to lead and work as part of a team as well as work independently incsetting up and completing tasks
 Professional presentation and manner to gain trust of clients andccolleagues
 Passion for excellence in customer and client service
 Strong computer (MS Office) and writing skills
 CRM experience a plus

Client relations and communication strategies
 Positive attitude towards sales activities like: calling and visiting new and existing customers, introducing hospital and corporate services, with accurate, focused follow-up
 Data management and assessing ROI of marketing activities
 General understanding of Healthcare sector in Beijing

 Lead / be part of a team to create a larger patient base via:
o B2B presentations and other creative approaches to potential clients or partner organizations
o Strategic alliances with important partners i.e. relocation companies,property managements, real estate companies, employee or trade work groups
o Sponsorship opportunities i.e. sporting events, school fairs, and business or chamber of commerce functions
o Opportunities for health seminars, and articles by physicians in companies, schools, chambers, and other venues

Give hospital tours to both perspective patients and company/embassy medical personnel
 Identify and manage key sponsorship opportunities providing maximum brand exposure and goodwill
 Prepare and present semi-annual client status and activity reports
 Create good ideas for new projects, like pink campaign, wellness programs, Diabetes awareness month etc.
 Make project proposals and action plans to be followed by assessment
 Represent hospital at various events with an aim for client development
and research
 Input on overall budget and control of the related financial issues
 Track and evaluate projects by action plan
 Support other marketing initiatives as requested
